I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for 8 years.
I have been blessed to have such wonderful teachers past and present, who have guided me on this spiritual journey.
My first teacher was Vickie Scarlet, she inspired me every step of the way. She taught me to smile and the world will smile with me.
I trained with Mara Musso via the BWY and she continues to teach me now.
I not only learn from my teachers but from my students too. I aim to inspire rather than teach.

I have recently been to India with the Brahma Kumaris and once again have been more than blessed to have found another amazing teacher who makes everything seem so easy and natural.
