Hello my name is Tonia.
I have been teaching Yoga for a year and am fully trained in the style of Hatha Yoga and Meditation. This style of yoga is both energising and very beneficial to the body and mind.
Yoga can help with many health issues such as correcting posture and back problems. The class will relieve stress and can also aid weight loss.
Practising yoga tones and strengthens muscles, improves flexibility and helps balance the flow of energy in are day to day lives.
All my classes are mixed ability. Classes are £8 or pay in advance for three class @£20.
Classes run for an hour and 15 Minutes.
Mats and yoga props are provided, but if you have a yoga mat please bring it along.
I also provide one to one yoga training for people who can not make the class....
I charge £60 for four lessons I can come to you and will personalise the class to suit your individul needs...
