Hanna is an international yoga teacher, dancer, and choreographer and has been teaching for almost 18 years. Her yoga journey began after she finished her Master of Fine Arts degree. She found the practice of yoga incredibly helpful for her own creative practice, as it helps her to keep her body and mind healthy.
Having a passion for teaching movement, she embarked on her first teacher training at Triyoga in 2018. This was a 200hr training recognised by the Yoga Alliance and led by Bridget Woods-Kramer, whose classes Hanna has been going to for two years. Additionally, she is a certified Anusara Elements Teacher and is currently assisting Bridget Woods Kramer in classes as well as her Teacher Training at triyoga in London
Hanna teaches a mindful, slow, yet strong flow class, with the focus on healthy alignment in asanas (postures) and breath, whilst keeping it lighthearted and fun. Her classes aim to empower her students to try something new, to have fun in their practice and leave with a sense of achievement. Hanna’s teaching is encouraging, supportive and fun, and caters to beginners as well as more experienced yogis.
