Fridays 7am – 8am Spark 99

Fridays 730pm – 830pm at Spark 99, 99 Myddleton Road,  Bowes Park, Wood Green, N22 8NE. Opposite Bowes Park BR station, 5 minutes walk from Bounds Green tube.

Yoga with Tasha, very experienced teacher,  suitable for all levels with modifications given to all.
