Hi I'm Selda, I'm a Yoga teacher based in North London.
I’m a firm believer in the mind-body connection and I am still in awe of the positive impact that yoga has had on my life. I now have a real passion to share what I have learnt and help others find stillness within themselves.
If you hadn’t guessed already, Karma Mind Yoga is a play on the phrase ‘calmer mind yoga’. My goal is to essentially create an accepting and nourishing environment, where others can leave their worries behind, let go and be guided through a movement meditation.
Offering private 1:1 classes at client's home (or in the park, weather permitting)

With private yoga classes, the session can be personalised and adapted to your specific needs. Whether that’s to work towards gaining flexibility and strength, help heal an injury or to reduce stress. You’ll be able to ask questions and work at a pace that works for you.
SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS
If you’re a beginner and are feeling nervous about going to your first class in a studio or at a gym, then easing your way into the practice through private classes can be a great way to begin your journey. It can also really help more advanced practitioners to achieve specific goals or deepen a particular aspect of their practice. Whatever stage you’re at, private yoga classes are always an option.
Given that the setting will be a lot more intimate (depending on whether you’d like to invite family/friends to your private class), your yoga teacher will be there to provide you with their undivided attention. You’ll be able to receive lots of hands-on adjustments and personalised feedback which is really valuable when wanting to enhance your practice.
