Liz teaches Hatha yoga, the most commonly practised style of yoga, helping you to keep in shape, relax and feel healthier. Yoga Reflex provides friendly morning, evening and weekend yoga classes to suit all levels of ability, from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis.
Hatha yoga improves flexibility, strength and balance of the body and calmness of the mind through postures, breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
