I have been practising yoga for over 30 years and teaching it since the early 1990s.
I teach Hatha Yoga, the aim of which is to direct and concentrate ones attention. Central to Hatha Yoga are posture work and the flow of breath. Regular sessions aid flexibility, energy, relaxation and concentration.
For most of my teaching career, I have taught mixed ability classes, almost always involving people of varied ages. I also work with groups of older people, children and those with special needs.
I am also available for one to one sessions and am a qualified Reiki Master
