Hi my name is Sha I am a qualified yoga teacher;
I started practising yoga to help me cope with the stress of work; I had always find that exercising made me feel calm, confident and gave me an overall sense of well being but I had
developed many injuries over the years in the gym and I was unable to get back to it, that’s when I discovered yoga. Yoga and meditation has empowered me in countless ways; from the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of my practice, to helping to improve my relationships with loved ones and gain a healthier outlook on life.
Yoga has genuinely enriched my life and my aim is to share the transformative and restorative experience, so others can experience for themselves what it feels like to open up to their own potential and boundless possibilities, whilst exploring the transformational magic of yoga for their mind, body and soul.
I teach Vinyasa flow yoga; this style of yoga offers to bring the body into a state of physical strength, flexibility and vitality, the mind into a state of balance and stillness, and helps you to create a “container” for your movements and experiences in life. With so many of us spending the majority of our working day at a computer, the balanced strengthening work of vinyasa flow yoga helps us to balance the muscles of the body and bring our posture into better alignment.
