Take some time on a Sunday evening to boost your and your baby’s wellbeing!
During pregnancy, yoga can help enhance the experience of this wonderful time and empower the mother-to-be. Yoga enables women to enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, easing typical ailments, calming, cultivating breath awareness and strengthening the body in preparation for labour.
Coming to classes is also a great way to connect with a local community of pregnant women and many women who practise yoga find they regain their fitness more quickly after giving birth.
Classes are suitable for anyone after their first trimester and you can try a class for just £10 – so come along and experience the benefits of yoga!
First class £10, drop in classes thereafter £12. Or save money and book a block of 6 classes for £65 (2-month expiry).
