Normally reserved for yoga retreats, this new class at Harmony Harbour will focus on 31 minute Kundalini meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

“31 minutes of meditation allows the glands, breath and concentration to affect all the cells and rhythms of the body. It lets the psyche of the meditation affect the 3 gunas, all 31 tattvas, and all layers of the mind’s projections.”
So if you’re looking to deepen your current practice or whether this is just the beginning of your beautiful journey into Kundalini meditation, this will be a rewarding and transformative experience.

The class is open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. £7 drop-in or £6 when bought in block of 5 classes. Each class will last approx 1-1.15 hrs

Taught by Louisa (KYTA Member), who is passionate removing the fear and lack of confidence that many beginners feel.
