I am a qualified Yoga Teacher based in Hither Green, London. I teach privately and also run Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga Classes in South East London.

My aim is to make yoga accessible, un-intimidating and above all enjoyable. I encourage my students to use yoga to build strength and flexibility, to relieve stress and invite balance to their lives.

No two yoga classes are the same and I like to link themes to my classes as a way to give you something to think about when you step off the mat. Music is a feature of my classes and the use of aromatherapy oils to awaken all your senses. Modifications will be offered throughout the practice making it accessible to all, with a focus on healthy alignment principles.

Every class includes pranayama (breath control), meditation and relaxation practices.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
Open to all levels my Vinyasa Flow classes offer you the opportunity to flow through yoga poses linking breath to the flow in a meditative movement.

Beginners Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for those with little or no yoga experience, or those who simply prefer a more gently paced class, or perhaps those looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga. This 6 week course introduces the classic body of yoga poses and basic sequences.

Restorative Yoga:
Open to all levels my Restorative yoga classes invite you in to deep states of relaxation. We use yoga props to support your body in gentle postures that help you slow down, unwind and listen to your body. A truly healing practice.
