YOGA
We teach integral yoga – yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation – for wellbeing of body and mind.

The yoga postures: increase strength, balance, suppleness and concentration. They also detox and increase one’s wellbeing. The. breathing techniques calm nerves, mind and emotions, they help to de-stress, and they increase the oxygen intake considerably ushering in healing and alertness. The relaxation period rests the whole body and mind, leading to a deep inner stillness.

Sound Massage helps to heal on all levels, is deeply relaxing for body and mind.

Kundalini Kriya Yoga cleanses the aura and chakras rapidly which leads to wellbeing and ultimately unfolding of the Shakti energy within.
