I am a 200hour trained Kripalu Yoga teacher. Kripalu means compassionate, we strive as Kripalu yoga teachers to be compassionate in our language and style of teaching, our approach to asanas ( postures) and breathing is with kindness at its root. In my classes you will learn to listen to your mind and body, to allow what you find and too gentle change. We approach everything with kindness. It is inclusive and really yoga for every BODY ; those who wish to develop their practice more and those who are complete beginners. I also have a particular focus on providing yoga for men and for people who have suffered a physical injury and wish to begin building strength again. I teach one to ones and happy to discuss your needs with you. If I feel like I can help then we can discuss fees.
