Pregnancy Yoga for expectant mummas at My Sweet Love Yoga

Cat's classes focus on well-being for mum and baby through appropriate movement; keeping you fit, strong & flexible; and relaxation & breathing techniques for birth and beyond. The aim is to leave you floating out the class and energised for the day ahead or ready for a peaceful nights sleep.

Benefits of Pregnancy Yoga:

Learn breathing techniques for pregnancy, relaxation and birthing and to carry through to life as a new mum.
Enjoy gentle movement to relieve and relax, and keep your body fit, strong and supple.
These movements are focussed on helping you now to relieve ailments, during birthing and beyond birth.
Relaxation and visualisation techniques to take you through your pregnancy, to give you space and time to connect with your baby and take into birthing and beyond.
And of course social. Meet mums in the area on the same journey as you to motherhood for first or multiple times!
Having studied with Clare Maddalena founder of LushTums I am a certified specialised Pregnancy Yoga teacher. I am excited for the opportunity to share the knowledge and take you through your pregnancy journey in a safe and beneficial way to prepare you for birth and beyond.
