Set in a beautiful space, a dynamic flowing practice through sequences linked to breath, strength and flexibility training as well as mindful reflection to connect deeper in to the more subtle energetic qualities of the practice. the class closes with a meditation practice and relaxation.

She has been practising yoga for over 8 years and is passionate about teaching yoga and Mindfulness meditation. Her aim is to facilitate a calm mindful space where you can deepen your yoga practice.
