Hello everyone. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.....My name is Kelly Thistlethwaite and my back ground is in Sports Rehabilitation. I currently work at the Help for Heroes Recovery Centre in Catterick where I am a Physical Development Coach specialising in Health and Wellbeing. I have considerable experience in working with people with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions and helping people to lead a healthier lifestyle. My work experience and personal passion for inspiring others led me to develop Blossom Health and Wellbeing.
Blossom Health and Wellbeing is all about helping you to Breathe, Move and Flow through life by finding greater strength, flexibility, balance and contentment. I work to inspire others with my calm but enthusiastic spirit and offer a wealth and depth of knowledge to enhance your life. This is at the heart of what I offer my clients.
