My passion is to make yoga available to people from all walks of life catering for all levels, ages and abilities.
Based on many years and ongoing intense study and exploration classes are alignment based, linking postures together following the thread of the breath creating an evenly paced Flow that is led by the expanding energy of the Heart. Every class has a different focus and sequence.
