Hello! I'm Tia and I welcome you to practice yoga with me. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or advanced yogi, I'm looking forward to see you in my class or for a private yoga practice.
Briefly about me: I've been into fitness since childhood and started practicing yoga due to an injury 12 years ago. My yoga teacher is Dylan Werner, one of the very best and experienced yoga teachers in the world.
About my yoga style: I teach vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative yoga or mindfulness yoga classes.
My classes will start always with a short breathing session, followed by mobility warm up and the vinyasa flow. The vinyasa flow sequence is a mix of strength and flexibility, so expect to be challenged in a nice way ;). Finally, we will cool down with a nice slow stretch and finish off in Savasana with assist. My students will know what does this mean 😉 You will feel relaxed and bubbly after the class/ private yoga. Guaranteed!
Each of my classes are designed to the smallest details, from sequencing to music. Every class is different with a lovely variety of poses, hands on assists or verbal indications, no matter if is a public classes or private yoga class.
