Alison Fiddler has been practicing yoga since 2003 and has been teaching Hatha yoga since 2010. Alison ensures every class is friendly and focuses on ensuring classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.
Alison moved in 2021 from London back to the North West to Southport and is delighted to be providing yoga and meditation to her new community.

PREGNANCY YOGA
Alison is a pregnancy and postnatal yoga expert and specialises also in hypnobirthing and birth preparation.
Alison was a nurse and midwife for 26 years in the NHS and has run teacher training courses for pregnancy yoga since 2012.
One to one yoga:
Contact Alison directly for one to one sessions, these can be tailored to your particular needs and requests.
Alison can provide one to one sessions in hatha yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques and pregnancy and postnatal yoga and hypnobirthing and birth preparation.
Corporate classes:
Alison has been providing yoga, relaxation, mindfulness, resilience and team-building corporate sessions for many years in the NHS, Civil Service and private business organisations. These can be bespoke sessions designed for the needs of each team. Large or small groups catered for.
