Description:

Welcome! Whether you are looking to improve strength and flexibility, focus on core and balance, ease pain/injuries or you need space to let go and connect internally,  you have arrived at the right place !

I aim to create a warm and non-judgemental environment, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Learning the basics of physical postures and body awareness, breathing techniques to improve focus and de-stress the mind.

Vinyasa Flow is a modern style of yoga, linking a series of postures to the breath, building heat in the body and allowing the mind to focus on the present moment.

On the mat, we aim to develop stronger body awareness and connection to the breath. Understanding how our breathing patterns and posture can influence our moods,  energy and health, will inspire you to discover the best version of yourself.  Therefor learning how to detect these changes off the mat and have the tools you need to correct them, will empower you to find balance and improve your overall wellbeing.

Be kind, curious and more observant, as you set out on this journey, but most importantly, be prepared to have fun!!

  • Options are given throughout, from complete beginners to intermediate students, to suit your practice and help you find what feels good!
