Vinyasa Flow is a modern style of yoga, linking a series of postures to the breath, building heat in the body and allowing the mind to focus on the present moment.
On the mat, we aim to develop stronger body awareness and connection to the breath. Understanding how our breathing patterns and posture can influence our moods, energy and health, will inspire you to discover the best version of yourself. Therefor learning how to detect these changes off the mat and have the tools you need to correct them, will empower you to find balance and improve your overall wellbeing.
