Hatha YogaBel is focused on each person; I understand each of your needs and design a class for you.

I teach individual or small group yoga classes at my home studio or at your own home. Classes can be individual or up to three students per class.

The classes are tailored to your specific needs and level, from beginners to those who want to go deeper in their knowledge of yoga. Classes in both English and Spanish are available
