If you want to do yoga at your unique pace OR if you suffer from limited flexibility, back pain or PMS - I teach private and semi-private yoga classes that can help. As a Nutrition Coach, I also offer yoga programs for weight loss.
All programs are custom-tailored to fit your schedule and your needs, and we typically meet for one session per week.
I have a fully equipped space at my home in W11 or I can bring the studio to your home or office.
