We’ve partnered up with Avni Dhanani, a qualified yoga practitioner specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, to bring you a series of fortnightly yoga sessions held at our very own idyllic haven in the heart of Hyde Park.
This flow yoga class will be made up of physical practice as well as meditation and breath work. Being able to practice yoga in this incredibly beautiful space in the heart of London will allow you to find the calm among the busy city life. It will enable you to connect with nature and release any tension through a series of yoga poses aimed at increasing flexibility and building strength. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to connect with your breath and your body
