Helen teaches hatha yoga, focusing on alignment and development of a safe practice to maximise the benefits yoga provides both mentally and physically. The Sunday morning class is a combination of standing and seated/lying-down asanas (poses) and is designed for mixed ability students. Beginners can stay at the first level until they are comfortable to progress, whereas those with a regular practice, or more experience, can take the more advanced options.
