Evolve Hot Yoga

We are a dedicated hot yoga studio. We offer various classes which are designed to make the classes varied and interesting. New classes are being introduced all the time ! Our next new class is Ashtanga Vinyasa on Saturday mornings ( this will be a warm class as heat is generated within the body to create a looseness within the muscles and also strength within the whole body and mind. It is a school that is building a true yoga following ! Different styles to include all the 8 limbs of yoga , we will be introducing a free pranayama to Friday nights shortly to members of the studio. A family yoga Sunday afternoons and soon meditation class early in the morning.
