Our Studio is open every weekday for regular classes and at weekends monthly we hold a yoga deepening workshop and teacher training sessions. Barry Todd runs the studio and hana druxinski teaches pre-natal yoga and covers classes soemtimes.
Classes are based on Hatha and run:
Our classes focus on the development of a self awareness that includes the body and the mind and each participant is encouraged to work to their own pace and parimeters.
Monthly workshop focus on a more in depth understanding of the practice of yoga in order to get more out of the classes.
Our retreat weekends are normally held in September and May each year and are well attended with people returning year after year.

sundays 6pm - 8pm monthly candlelight meditation, chanting, mantra and lots of relaxing
Teacher training monthly full weekend plus additional hours.
