I am a fully qualified children's yoga and mindfulness teacher. I have an Enhanced DBS and insurance to teach.
I can provide classes for children aged 3-12. Classes can be half an hour to 1 hour.
Classes for younger children follow a story and include yoga postures, singing, nursery rhymes, dancing and relaxation. Classes for older children follow a relevant theme and also include postures, dancing and relaxation.
The benefits of children's yoga include tools for life such as flexibility, fitness, confidence, improved concentration and relaxation. Classes can be tailored to suit requirements such as SATS packages. Classes during school time and after school clubs are available.
