I offer functional yoga with yoga therapy and corrective exercise - empowering people with skills and knowledge to maintain their body so they feel more comfort everyday. Improve posture to have healthier muscles and joints. The way you move everyday will have a tremendous influence on the wear and tear you experience. You can massively reduce wear and tear by learning to move well.

Movement is far more than exercise.... most people know about 5-10 exercises. Come to class and experience a huge array of movement types and skills.

Yoga is not simply exercise and it should be a mindful experience. We practice a range of simple relaxation techniques you can use off the mat as well as on. Switch off, feel your whole body relax and notice the difference everyday.
