Want to feel more comfortable in your body everyday?
Want to learn how to maintain your body so you can continue to be active?
How would it feel to be more supple and stable with great posture?

I focus on functional yoga - empowering people with skills and knowledge to maintain their body so they feel more comfort everyday. Functional yoga will help you improve posture to have healthier muscles and joints. The way you move everyday will have a tremendous influence on the wear and tear you experience. You can massively reduce wear and tear by learning to move well.

Movement is far more than exercise.... most people know about 5-10 exercises. Come to class and experience a huge array of movement types and skills.

Yoga is not simply exercise and it should be a mindful experience. We practice a range of simple relaxation techniques you can use off the mat as well as on. Switch off, feel your whole body relax and notice the difference everyday.

I came to Julie’s class as a beginner. I immediately felt welcome, and settled into the group nicely. The way she guides you through each session is perfect. Easy to follow and understand. She goes at a good pace, and ensures everyone is doing it correctly. I went with a bad back 2 weeks ago, and after the class it was better!

I also love the relaxation techniques she uses. Her voice is very soothing, and I’ve found these especially beneficial. They’re the thing I look most forward to.
