It’s never too late to start taking care of you.

Tired of being tired?  Muscular or joint pain?  Increasingly stiff, tight muscles that are affecting your movement or comfort?

Getting older does not have to mean accepting these things.  .

Take control of your health and fitness to make the most of your life.

Modern lifestyles are changing our bodies and it's affecting our overall health and well-being.  Frequent and prolonged sitting, looking at devices, late nights, diet choices and our always on the go lifestyles are all playing their part.  It's not just the major illnesses that are influenced by lifestyle, everyday conditions like seemingly random injuries, problematic digestion or IBS, sleep disorders and even depression can be improved or even resolved by making lifestyle shifts.  A mind-body centred approach can help create energy, improve health and change mindset.

We offer a range of health transformation services, yoga, chi running , injury rehab, holistic personal training and sports specific conditioning.  We are specialists in runners training.

Yoga available as 121 sessions and drop in classes, beginner level and intermediate.

We would love to hear from you, drop us a line or call to discuss how we can help you feel better in body, mind and life.
