About Totally Holistic Health

Have you always wanted to learn yoga but not confident enough to attend a class then I have the answer for you!!

I teach small classes so you feel that you can have the close attention you need. I offer trauma sensitive mindful yoga so I give you a chance of building your own practice and gain confidence in a small and safe environment.

Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with meditation and mindfulness. I teach with compassion and care to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe place.

Monday - 12.30pm - Lunchtime Express Yoga
Monday - 7.00pm - Mindful Hatha Yoga
Tuesday - 6.00pm - 30 min Meditation
Wednesday - 12.15pm - 30 min meditation
Thursday - 7.30pm - Mindful Hatha Yoga
Friday - 10.00am - Mindful Hatha Yoga
Friday - 12.30pm - 30 minute chair yoga
Saturday - 9.30am - Saturday yin yoga
