Hatha Yoga Classes every Saturday morning 11am -12pm @ kijo Elite Kickboxing club Catherine St West Denton M34 3RQ   ALL WELCOME

Classes are aimed at beginners to intermediate, If you have never tried Yoga before here is a good place to start ,  Introduce Yoga into your  life to regain strength flexibility, balance and harmony PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY .  We start with Pranayama, Sun Salutations and Asana Practice, Fused with Hatha Flow COMING SOON Reiki infused Yoga

Class is £5 for an hours session and £7 for Reiki infused Yoga
