Yoga For Everybody is just what is says, its for every body - regardless of age, size, shape or fitness level. Yoga For Everybody makes you feel good. In your body and in your mind. Not just on the surface, but deep down. Not just while doing it, but afterwards too. Strong rhythmic movements synchronised with the breath fully harness the mobility and strength of the body to awaken and energise it.
Yoga For Everybody has been created by Ally Forster, a qualified yoga teacher. Ally studied a number of yoga styles, including Iyanga, Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin yoga, and she took the best of each style to make it suitable for all body shapes and all ages.
Each Yoga For Everybody class is personally taught by Ally. And because Ally has over 20 yearsâ€™ experience and is also qualified in anatomy and physiology you can be confident the movements are not just effective they are also safe. She is always ready and able to adapt any posture as necessary to suit each individual student - one to one training in a group setting!
