Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Iyengar inspired Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga by Emma Spilsbury. The common focus of all of my classes is correct alignment, which is vital for preventing injury, enhancing well-being and recovery, and aiding progression of your practice. I like my classes to be uplifting and friendly, creating a relaxed, safe environment in which you can take the time to let go and also feel confident in challenging yourself further. Classes are based in Blackrod, Horwich, Wigan, Chorley and surrounding areas.
