BeYoga was founded out of desire to not only help, but to empower people to understand the inner workings of their body and mind, giving them the tools and ability to improve it!
With a background in psychology and a love for anatomy and physiology, my aim is to combine my knowledge of psychology and biomechanics with my passion for yoga to ensure you receive the most beneficial yoga for your body and your mind.
BeYoga is a 200 hour yoga teacher that offers classes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power yoga and slow flow.
BeYoga teaches at several gyms across the city teaching to diverse groups of abilities and ages. Alongside this BeYoga also offers private yoga classes as well as corporate classes.
