Finding Space Yoga classes are influenced by Hatha, Functional and Somatic Dynamic yoga, putting the unique individual at the heart of the practice.
Classes invite you to connect your mind and body, through breathing practises, mindful flowing postures and relaxation. Enhancing stability and strength, easing tension, freeing the body and promoting a sense of wellbeing and calm.
We practice in a relaxed friendly environment. Suitable for beginners & beneficial for all.
