I am a qualified 280hr Yoga instructor and I teach Hatha Flow style classes, with a focus on pranayama and meditation. I teach yin and restorative, whilst also being a qualified Pregnancy and Postnatal teacher. I have a mission to bring yoga to anyone and everyone and therefore welcome any form of student into my classes - whether a complete novice, to the more advanced. I therefore also teach Yoga and Mindfulness to children and teenagers, to help them become more confident and self-aware. I love to incorporate the arts where I can as this creative outlet encourages us to explore ourselves even further.
Yoga is an incredible way to loosen up, destress, and become confident within yourself. I teach 1:1, small private classes and public classes; in addition to providing retreats, corporate events and private Yoga parties!
