I have been practising yoga for over 20 years, and decided
to become a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga to be able to pass on to others all the wonderful benefits of this practice. I am now a student teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Over the years I have practised a variety of styles of yoga, I believe all the different schools of yoga have their own wisdom and benefits and I strive to incorporate these into my teaching as well as my personal ractice.
This is a general Hatha Yoga class, mixed ability, incorporating vinyasa flow sequences, steady asana posture practice and pranayama breathing exercises.
All abilities are catered for, with options for modifications for beginners, and variations of the postures to challenge the more advanced students.
