Vinyasa Flow Yoga links the breath with movement and is often decribed as a moving meditation. This dynamic and challenging style of and Yoga will help to increase flexibility and build muscle strength. Whilst the use of breathing and relaxation techniques will help to calm the nervous system bringing a sense of balance and well being to the mind and body.
