I am a Yoga Teacher based in South Manchester. I teach a mixture of Hatha, Kundalini and Yoga for sports.

These classes are excellent for beginners and experienced Yoga practitioners alike.

I love to mix live music into my classes and use Tabla (Indian drums) to help focus the mind and control the breathing. I always make my classes fun and unique but maintain the focus on fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. When appropriate I love to explore the deeper more subtle aspects of this wonderful tradition.
