Yoga Therapy Stockport

I teach a range of classes in the Romiley, Marple and Hazel Grove area of Stockport covering gentle Dru Yoga for adults, one off workshops and short yoga therapy courses . I am also a yoga therapist (registered with the CNHC) and offer 1-2-1 treatment programmes to help with a range of health conditions.

Classes contain soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew.

The practice of Dru Yoga can help to relieve stress, increase flexibility, release muscle tension and improve energy levels. In addition many of the techniques that you will learn will enable you to feel more confident, calm and clear minded.

All my classes have a friendly, informal feel and I would love to share the joy of practising yoga with you.
