Go-Yoga

Go-Yoga are based in Manchester, covering the city and Cheshire, utilising song, stories and age appropriate activities to expose students to the fundamentals of yoga. Providing lessons and parties to children of all ages, and yoga for schools, together we learn the many asanas (poses) of yoga and the principals of mindfulness. Each session we visit activities we’ve done before, to progress and strengthen our abilities, as well as explore new exercises. It is so important to have fun while learning yoga. Each class or party explores a mix of breathing exercises, standing and lying poses, games, and a short period of relaxation at the end. ​
