Studio One Yoga – Standish

Our beautiful studio space in Standish opened its doors in March 2014 and from here we have built a community of students that have become friends, teachers that have become allies and alongside this, watching yoga practices develop over time has lit us up!

An upstairs yoga studio in the heart of Standish delivering classes for all ages and abilities. Employing a group of teachers that live and breathe the studio in a way that allows them to fully commit to every student’s development is what makes this more than ‘just a yoga class’. Prepare to make friends with the person on the mat next to you (if you wish), join us for a beer in the village after class or come along to one of our monthly rambles.

We know that connection is the key to happiness so whether you live alone and just want to meet people, or you’re looking to escape the kids for an hour we’ve got you covered.

On reception you’ll find a lovely selection of staff that will endeavour to get to know you, beyond simply asking where you’re going on holiday next, and our teaching team will be on hand every day to answer questions, point you in the direction of the right class/practice for you no matter what your meditation/yoga goals are.
