My Baby Yoga courses combine traditional yoga techniques, dynamic movements and sensory play. The classes are perfect for developing your baby’s ever-changing body! Babies will have their very own yoga routine, along with fun movements, sensory play and songs. We also include some gentle postnatal yoga positions, calm breathing techniques, relaxation, and time to chat.
Anyone can join our baby yoga sessions as no previous experience is necessary. However both mother and baby should have had their 6-8 week GP check-up before taking part in this exercise. It’s also advisable that mothers do not consider yoga in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy unless previously practicing.
My course is suitable for babies aged from around 10 weeks right up to crawling. If your baby is under 12 weeks you may wish to consider joining my baby massage classes which are suitable from 4 weeks up to crawling, find out more at www.babychoices.co.uk
Baby Massage is a lovely, calming class, ideal for bonding and learning more about your newborn's cues. Suitable from birth up to crawling, this class includes organic massage oil and support materials for home massages. We will cover strokes to help you ease colic, tummy troubles, teething pains, disrupted sleep and other common baby ailments such as coughs and colds.
