Classes are suitable for all levels - so even if you haven’t tried yoga before or want to take time out to further your own practice or breathe a little deeper, now is the time.
Louise at Elements & Wellbeing primarily teaches Forrest Yoga, a practice that was developed over 30 years ago by Ana Forrest. Forrest Yoga primarily focuses on four pillars:
During a Forrest Yoga practice, you will benefit from a different form of pose sequencing which aims to address injuries and pain and connect you deeper with your emotions. Poses can be uplevelled or downlevelled depending on your abilities/injuries and what your needs are on the day. The practice will enable you to become stronger both physically and mentally, and you have time to truly feel the poses and connect deeper with the breath.
Classes are term time only and block bookings are available. The benefit of block booking is you get to further develop your practice and build up to doing more complex poses, should you choose to do so.
Louise does accept drop-ins, these are charged at £8 per session and you will need to contact her prior to the class to ensure that there is availability.
