Have you always wanted to learn yoga but not confident enough to attend a class then I have the answer for you!!
I teach small classes so you feel that you can have the close attention you need. I offer trauma sensitive mindful yoga so I give you a chance of building your own practice and gain confidence in a small and safe environment.
Yoga is not about creating shapes or becoming a pretzel, the yoga physical practice is an essential in order to help the body achieve balance but the underlying goal is to help with meditation and mindfulness. I teach with compassion and care to ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe place.
Due to COVID-19 I have only just started teaching yoga in my studio and will be offering online livestreamed classes alongside studio classes.
The current Yoga Classes are:
Monday - 6.15pm - live streamed and studio
Monday - 8.00pm - live streamed and studio
Tuesday - 12.30pm - 30 min chair yoga - online only
Wednesday - 8.00am - Wednesday morning wake up yoga - live streamed only
Thursday - 7.30pm - live streamed and studio based
Friday - 10.00am - live streamed and studio based
Friday - 12.30pm - 30 minute chair yoga - live streamed only
Saturday - 9.30am - Saturday yin yoga - live streamed only
