Dynamic and Hatha Yoga are taught in the same style a cool flowing yoga routine. The great thing about learning a routine is that after you know it you can practice the yoga on your own. Also YOGASLIM.

This style of yoga encourages people to become more intuitive to their own body, breath and even how they are feeling. Over the years I have seen how people adapt the yoga to make it work for them…their own personal authentic yoga and it looks great. We are all different so why try to make it all look exactly the same? Breathe and move and take ownership of the routine. You will feel its effects and over the weeks and months see for yourself how it enriches your life.

Which would be best for you?

The Dynamic yoga often appeals to those who like to feel like they have done a workout. After the warm up we flow until the 5 minute relax at the end.
It’s similar in the Hatha Yoga but we take it a little slower and like to leave more time for the relax at the end. If you were a beginner and a little apprehensive come to the Hatha Class but beginners do come to the Dynamic as well. You will know which one is right for you when you try them.

We will stretch and breathe and unlock long held tightness. In the slimming meditation we will practice letting go of not just tightness in the body but also letting go of memories and thoughts that could block our path to slimming success. The yoga exercises will slim and tone you while the slimming breath will start to fire up your metabolism. You will shed weight on all levels: physical, mental, emotional. Your posture will improve and the new size you will look tall and slim. You will find, in the calm of the meditative relax, that ability we have to observe our body and mind. Experience for yourself how empowering it is to accept oneself for how we really are.

I run a Saturday morning class the first Saturday of each month at Wilmslow leisure Centre. Come and do some yoga and get a copy of the yogaslims recipes and a demonstration how to prepare them.
