My teaching focuses on building strength and flexibility to improve posture, increase breath awareness and encourage relaxation, whatever your fitness level. Classes incorporate classic standing postures combined with floor based movements to open and stretch the body safely. I'm also able to support students with back conditions, particularly scoliosis, as I have this condition myself.
