These classes are suitable for all abilities, however their is one class in the week that is best attended by those who have some yoga experience. Classes are designed to be fun and creative and allow you the space to develop your practice at your own pace. The class works on strength, tone and flexibility in the asana section with breathing and relaxation techniques towards the end.
Michelle also provides 1-2-1 tuition at her private studio for those who wish to develop their practice further or those who wish to start out learning the basics in a more private setting.
