Kari’s classes always leave me feeling more flexible and relaxed. The spinal alignment workshop she offers is amazing. My regular practice of it has improved not only my back pain but also other aches in my body. I would highly recommend Kari’s professional yet friendly classes & workshops to anyone who is interested in improving their well-being.

I have been attending kari’s yoga class for just over a year. I originally started as I have had a back problem for years and I wanted to improve my flexiblity. Kari’s classes always leave me feeling more flexible and relaxed. The spinal alignment workshop she offers is amazing. My regular practice of it has improved not only my back pain but also other aches in my body.
