About Kari van Eden Yoga
Abergavenny yoga, Raglan yoga & Chepstow yoga in surrounding areas, Monmouthshire, Wales. We specialise in introducing beginners to Yoga and encouraging them to approach their practise in a non violent, gentle way that is respectful towards their bodies and non competitive.
When we practise in this way our bodies can relax, release stress and tension and begin to stretch becoming more flexible. You may find you connect with your quiet self and relax deeply with our wonderful relaxation technique.
If you are curious about Yoga and have recognised your need to de-stress and relax from your busy life, yet want to become more supple and strong then please take up the Introductory offer (£15 for 3 classes) and experience if Dru Yoga works for you.
Our teachers are insured, qualified and professional and love to share yoga in a gentle, fun and relaxed way. We look forward to meeting you soon. Here is a student comment:

Just wanted to let you know how beneficial I have found the neck and shoulder workshop to be. The online demonstrations are very useful in reminding me how to perform each movement correctly. I have been able to use the exercises to alleviate pain/ stiffness in my neck and shoulders which normally lead to headaches. Recently, after a period of prolonged study, I became aware that a headache was imminent. By using the exercises from the workshop I was able to release the tension and so prevent the headache. Many thanks for a very useful and well thought out session.

Kari’s classes always leave me feeling more flexible and relaxed. The spinal alignment workshop she offers is amazing. My regular practice of it has improved not only my back pain but also other aches in my body. I can honestly say that Dru Yoga has really helped because it is a form of yoga based on soft flowing movements where you never force any movements beyond your body’s limits. Kari is a wonderful happy yoga teacher with a great knowledge of yoga. I feel energised, calm and cheerful after her classes.
