Yoga for anybody and every body!

Are you struggling with pain, anxiety, tight hamstrings or other issues? I have been teaching people like you for years. I have lots of classes in and around Monmouth & have made therapeutic videos to help. I also have stronger dynamic 'flows'..either to move towards or if you are ready for a stronger mindful class. I aim to help you feel the best you can feel in your body, rather than to help you achieve flamboyant poses to post on Instagram.

I believe that the breath is key..if we breathe incorrectly we become tense, stressed, anxious...tight & inflexible, which leads to pain. It's a vicious cycle. Most people breathe incorrectly leading to a multitude of problems in the long term. I would love you to learn how to take what you learn on the mat into your everyday life.

I also teach therapeutic one to ones and groups for special occasions.

Listen to your body, do what feels right, know when to stop. But most importantly..breathe!
