The practices are modifiable and especially suit those with aches or pain, individuals post injury/ illness and those new to yoga.
I have over 20 years Neurological Physiotherapy experience combined with 10 years of teaching Yoga. I have a range of classes, some are specific to people living with a condition such as MS or Parkinson's and some are open and accessible for all.
